Depicted are layers of structures with the future in mind- whether the afterlife- at a temple near my house devoted to Kishimojin, a woman who devoured children until her own was kidnapped after which her grief turned her into a great protector of all children, or a recent Zengakuren student political protest (that included many helmeted elderly participants) in Hibya Park.
